Well I bombed the ACT after i finally got my scores on the 28th. CB told me the scores would be up by the 28th but now they are saying Jan 4. This has me ****ed because I felt that I did way better than last time and I actually did worse on the ACT than the first time I took it. Most of the UC's say they need the scores by the 1st. I'm planning on contacting the schools but then some UC's say they only look at the reported scores. So I wonder was I supposed to contact them anyways since I couldn't have reported a score I didn't know yet. I was thinking maybe my score got delayed because I increased my score. If you increase more than a certain amount do they actually investigate? Thanks

Yes, the UCs take the December SAT, even if they said their deadline was Jan 1st for the scores. You should be fine.

By reported scores I meant the self reported ones on the UC app. I guess I'm going to just contact all the UC's I applied to as soon as I get the scores. I read some thread that it is a 300 point increase that they look for cheating. That is rather unlikely for me I think. I think its because i skipped section 3 on accident and was doing section 4 instead. The proctor saw this and I did section 3 when everyone was doing 4. Then I had to copy answers to a seperate answer sheet. I figured this might delay my score but not that much. I hope they figured everything out and my score isn't affected by this.
