UC Transfer Academic History

Hello everyone, I’m an international student at a CC in San Diego, I’m stuck on the “Academic History College Courses/Grades” which asks for my previous school’s grades. About my context, before studying abroad to attend my current CC, I had taken 2-3 semester at a university in my home country and I don’t have any academic transcripts of the courses I took there. So should I leave the courses/grades empty for that school or should I not list that school at all? Will that have an impact on my chances of admission?
Thank you all for your help!

I’m applying for the CS program for the 2022 Fall Transfer by the way!

You are required to disclose all colleges attended when applying to any US school. You will need to contact the University in your home country and find out if you can get transcripts. You can also contact UC Admissions and ask about you can do about your particular situation.

Not being upfront and honest can impact admissions but also your future degree. It is not a matter of if they find out but when.
