UC Transfer AP - Entering Academic History from OOS

Ok. I am a California resident, graduated from HS here yada yada. But I attended an out of state school for my first year of college. Didn't like it. Decided to come back here and try for UCs again. I'm at a CCC right now for my sophomore year and am applying to transfer for next fall to UC Davis. My question relates to entering my academic history from my out of state school. Can someone just give me an example of exactly how to enter the information? Like, let's say I want to enter my Cultural Anthropology class. It reads on my official transcript from that institution: "ANTH 1003V Undrstng Cltrs: Hon" Do I really have to abbreviate the course title like that? If I put: "Understanding Cultures: Honors" instead, would it make a difference in how they determine if it's transferable, or hurt me if they get my official transcript and see it the abbreviated way? I'm just concerned because whenever I meet with transfer counselors they say "copy this exactly the way it is here."

bump? Please, any help would be appreciated.

I’ve been told that you should enter it exactly as it appears on the transcript. That way they can match it later and there won’t be any questions.
