UCB and LA EC help

<p>Hey guys! I've read the FAQ but am still quite nervous with the upcoming transfer season as my Extra Curricular situation is a bit strange. Firstly, let me say that I have 35 transferable units going into the fall with a 4.0 and my prereqs are finished for UCB and UCLA as a History and Poli Sci Major.</p>

<p>In the Fall I was working 26 hour weeks and had little time for Extracurriculars but due to shoulder surgery I had to quit my job in February. So starting in March, I started working 5 hours a week at a less strenuous job and working for Habitat for Humanity (with my uninjured arm lol) about once a month in addition to being a member in my schools Peace Club and helping to Co-Found a club "Help for Humanity". Unfortunately, Help for Humanity had to be disbanded at the end of the semester because our professor sponsoring us left the college and we could not find a replacement in time. In short, if I continued my peace club membership and bumped Habitat for Humanity up to twice a month, would that be sufficient? Also, how should I explain my "Help for Humanity" situation? Thank you guys for all the help and I'm happy to finally start posting here!</p>

<p>Your job (esp with working all those hours) is equally as good as a strong EC. You created a Habitat for Humanity club. You can also explain what happened with that club in your personal statements or in the Additional Comments section of your app. </p>

<p>From what I can tell, you’re good to go on EC’s.</p>
