I called and they told me they would send a rejection letter regardless so I’m wondering why that hasn’t even come in yet.
@miranjanigian In case someone before June 1st accepts another waitlist spot from like an Ivy League. Then they can fill that spot with their waitlist.
If it is coming on the 31st, it means its a rejection right? I honestly just do not want to give myself false hope again. kind of wishing they just rejected me in the start rather than pulling this far.
Since none came out today, as some had expected, I’m now expecting that it’ll be mostly rejections and maybe just a few acceptances. Probably on the 31st.
I have officially given up hope lol. Congratulations to all who got accepted and good luck to everyone wherever they may attend!
Any portals have begun to change? It should come within the next three days
I am with @dbragen1118 now. Why did they have to do this with us. I am sitting behind a girl who got into cal and just going to be seeing cal on her grad cap in front of my face during graduation. I am honestly beyond saddened and want to cry. I wish they had just rejected me from the beginning. Cal would be the best thing to happen to me with my family conditions right now but it looks like life is just cruel ?
I just received the final rejection email, 4:24 PM PST. RIP EECS dreams, but looking forward to UW CS!
Also got the rejection email! I feel a lot lighter. They should have done this in the beginning

just got a rejection email too… extremely heartbroken but life probably just has other plans for all of us 
@pythonc I’ll be attending UW as well but as a neuroscience major. I am so excited!! got directly admitted to my major and I got a full ride to uw
Got an email, couldn’t really care less, considering it’s been way too long of a wait and I’m extremely blessed to be going to Purdue for mechanical engineering!
You guys are going to such prestigious schools! I can’t relate. I think I might transfer from a community college
