UCB or UCLA for Sociology?

Im a prospective exchange student for the year 2013 and was wondering which university Berkeley or LA would be better for sociology.
I hear that Berkeley is better in terms of academics but LA is good for exchange students because there is more things to do.</p>

<p>LA without a car is difficult. Cal has better transport and more international students. I’d go there.</p>
