Should I just go to UCLA?

<p>If you maintain a 3.1 at UCB, you have a good shot at transferring into engineering.</p>

<p>"Almost impossible" is an exageration. Yuo'll have to work hard, but it's quite feasible.</p>

<p>The cutoff for ME is higher than 3.1 (you should find out what it is if you're set on ME), but you can definitely get into other engineering majors with a 3.1, which isn't hard to make.</p>
