UCB vs UCLA vs UCSD for Pre-Med

<p>For Pre-Med, what are the pros and cons of UCB, UCLA and UCSD? I am a so-cal resident and I've seen a lot of misleading information for the three universities. I was admitted to all three as a Biology major and want to weigh my options before enrolling in any of the three. Any information would be helpful especially from current or previous Pre-Med students. Thanks!</p>
