Hi,
I wanted to switch from UCD to UCSD or possibly UCLA but I don’t think I’m competitive enough be accepted if I do an intercampus transfer. I’m almost done with my first year at Davis as an aerospace engineering major but my GPA isn’t that great since I mostly had B’s and few C’s.
Prerequisites wise, I think I just need more units and few more physics classes.
So far, I’ve taken ENG6 (MATLAB), ENL 3, MAT21 B and C, CHE2 A and B, and 4 units GE
For my spring quarter, I’m taking PHY9A, MAT21D, MAT22A, 5 units GE (language)
During the summer, I intend to attend cc to take 22B and physics.
I heard that it’s easier to transfer from cc to a UC rather than UC to UC, so should I just go to community college for my second year?
Thanks in advance!
