Hi, I was wondering how UC Davis and UC San Diego compared against eachother in Political Science. Which would be a better university to attend if I wanted to go to a law school after undergrad? I hate to say it, but at which school is it easier to get a higher gpa? (sounds low, but I'm really wondering). Thanks.

It's probable easier to get a good GPA at Davis since the students aren't as good overall.

UC San Diego has a better program in political science.

I don't know about UCD for political science, but UCSD is ranked within the top ten for political science graduate programs, next to UCLA and UCB.

UCSD has the stronger poli sci department. With that said, if your purpose is to get into law school, you should research and compare where the graduates of each university end up in law school. I understand that when applying to law school your GPA is adjusted according to the difficulty of your undergrad institutions...so thats good to keep in mind.
