UCD vs UCSD?

I found out that I got into UCSD for a Political Science-Public Law major. Recently, I also found out that I got into UCD for History(if I do chose UCD, I'm going to change that to Political Science-Public Service Major).

Pros about UCD: got into EOP, STEPS, and closer to home. Internship at the Capitol perhaps?
Pros about UCSD: higher ranking school, already got in for my major, maybe a better program/study aboard?

I'm torn between the two schools! I had a really low GPA/Test Scores, and being admitted to SD was literally a "miracle" for me. Which school is better for a Political Science major? Also, I do plan on going to law school after undergrad. Any suggestions/comments? Thanks!

do you really want to spend four years competing against students whose test scores and GPA are, on average, much higher than yours? Think about the implications of that. Somebody else studies 5 hours for an exam, you have to study 10. Now think about UCSD’s reputation as a boring grinding place… if you have to study more than grinders to get decent grades, what would that make you? One word… depressed.
