I also have had to move 3 times during my high school time I don't know if thats something to add. Also I have had to deal with 5 deaths (3 in which were close family members and 1 being my basketball coach middle school..)between junior and senior year I do not know if they consider that...
Rate me please for UCF and USF

I think having to move 3 times during high school will be considered if you put it in your essay. Why did you have to move 3 times - divorce, military?

The Florida schools usually give you an extra 0.5 gpa points for honors classes and an extra 1.0 for AP. So if you got a B in a AP class, that counts as a 4.0 in your GPA. Recalculate your GPA with an extra 0.5 for honors classes and an extra 1.0 for AP and let us know what it is.

You SAT looks very good for UCF and USF. I would try to take it again December 4th as a standby or in January if UCF and USF will take January scores.

Just a reminder - the first round of acceptances for FSU come out Dec. 8th. There are lots of students out there like my daughter who are accepted at UCF and USF and if they get the FSU acceptance on Dec. 8th, they will give up their spots at UCF and USF.

Then in mid-February, if they are accepted to UF, will give up their spots at FSU. So try to retake your SAT in Dec or Jan to try to get an even better SAT score so when spots open up after the UF admissions decisions go out in February, you will be in a better position.
