UCF Off campus housing help

I've been accepted to UCF for Fall semester as a transfer student. I really don't want to waste money living on dorms, I'd much rather get an apartment near the area. I would be rooming with 3 of my friends, which apartment is better? I've looking at knights circle & I would really appreciate some feedback on that

I live at The Pointe at Central and the price is kinda the best but Knights Circle has the best looking apartments have a few friends who live there

I’ve looked at the Pointe at central & I really like the place by what it looks like online but I’m kind of thrown off by the negative reviews… Is it as bad as they make it sound?
