<p>@wethemusicmakers way too many this year alone, haha. in 2014 i saw arctic monkeys twice, bastille twice, the script with onerepublic, the 1975, vampire weekend, and magic man with smallpools.</p>
<p>@Anduar3 no shame in loving concerts, it’s a solid hobby haha. I’m jealous haha. </p>
<p>Not gonna lie when I saw the email was from UChicago i panicked for a second thinking it had something to do with my admission decision. </p>

<p>@Awflapjackz I don’t think anyone else from my school applied… At least not that I know of. Actually someone else probably did… there’s like 20 people tied for valedictorian right now so I’m sure another smart kid sent in an app haha</p>

<p>@kateko Yeah it’s pretty insane how competitive some people at my school are… But usually a bunch of people drop down to salutatorian during fourth quarter after they get accepted to schools. Haha when senioritis strikes the motivated. I don’t think I’ll even have motivation to keep getting A’s to be valedictorian at that point lol.</p>

<p>most people here just go to random in-state universities. the smart people go to university of michigan because of in-state tuition. no one really goes anywhere else… </p>

<p>I found a typo in my “why chicago” essay. My mom and I read it at least four times each and somehow we both missed the fact that I forgot an “I.” I’m just praying the admissions tumblr wasn’t lying when they said not to stress over a single typo. </p>
<p>A lot of people from my school go to the UC’s (university of california, not chicago haha) but a good amount go to Ivy level schools. </p>
