Hey
I heard somewhere that UChicago uses superscoring for the SAT, where they will take the best in the math section and best CR section and combine it to get the "super" score. Is that true? How exactly does that work? Would I have to send in all of my SAT scores in to get the best? thanks.

Yes

Student A took the SAT 3 times:

800, 600, 600
600, 800, 600
600, 600, 800

He has the same score as student B:

800, 800, 800

Actually, Chicago only uses reading and math.

You do have to send in all your scores.
