General Comments:
Everyone on College Confidential and all my friends seem to have perfect GPAs and really really high SAT/ACT scores. I on the other hand, have a pretty average GPA and low SAT/ACT scores. For that reason, I was really worried that I would get rejected to Irvine. I feel truly blessed right now and I’m extremely thankful. I honestly tried my very best and worked extremely hard these past four years. My hard work has paid off! Now I just need to wait on UCSD, UCSB, and the other schools that I applied to. Although I’m not sure I’ll get the same results… hahah

Sorry if I started rambling or the things I wrote didn’t make sense. I’m still in shock. This is also my first post on CC. I just wanted to give you guys some hope and show you that maybe perfect GPAs and SAT scores aren’t everything! Good luck to all of you! Please believe in yourself! You can do it!

I’m waiting to hear from UCSB, Berkeley, UCLA, and USC. Good luck everyone! Congrats to those who got early acceptances! Note: This is my first college decision post so there’ll be some mistakes! lol :D

@beckywin I got you! My testing scores are pretty mediocre, compared to the other 2000+ sat people here. At least our other credentials compensated for that. Congrats!
