<p>Guys, Irvine said on twitter that decisions will be rolling UNTIL THE END OF THE MONTH. I heard stories of people getting accepted even after hearing from LA and Berkeley last year. They are really milking these decisions slowly. So let’s all calm down and ignore these baseless rumors and assumptions. Just let it be what it is. </p>

<p>Man this is really killing my self esteem…every day that passes makes me more and more anxious 
I thought I would get in at least one school I liked, but so far I haven’t been accepted anywhere for my major except ucsc why must UCI send them out this way? At best it gives us false hope and tests out patience, but at worst we all doubt ourselves and feel awful and overcome with anticipation. Not cool.</p>

<p>I’ve been on this thread every day since it started, and I as well have not recieved a response. And I just wanna say one thing: we get accepted together and we get rejected together. Keep your heads up even if you don’t get accepted. Of course UCI is my top choice, but even if I don’t get in, I know that I’m going to has a bright future ahead of me. Cause I truly believe that we all end up where we’re supposed to be. Through all the stress and the anxiety of waiting for responses, everyone on this thread has reassured me and made me feel a lot more comfortable. Just remember that you’re not rejected until you’re rejected. </p>

<p>What are all of you guys’ second options? Do you know what you’d do if you didn’t get in? Not to be pessimistic, just wondering. </p>
<p>@harromika Even if I do get into UCI, I am seriously considering UCD. The majors I chose both schools are different, but I could see myself studying either one. </p>

<p>@harromika my second choice is UCR for biochemistry. I wouldn’t mind going there, even though I’ve heard mixed reviews about the school in general. But yeah, I heard they have a pretty science program 
Still surprised I didn’t make it to my target schools, but I guess that’s life. </p>
<p>I love UCI and it’s where I hope to go for college; it’s just that their way of sending out decisions isn’t the best way to do so</p>
<p>I guess if no Irvine it’s UCR for me. I wouldn’t be totally upset with that. I still have UCLA to wait for(hehe wishful thinking) and i got waitlisted at UCSB and Pepperdine. But maybe a miracle will happen and UCLA will take me LOL.</p>
