Man I hope UCI starts releasing some admissions today… UCB is releasing all its decisions tomorrow. This is getting outrageous.
@fleets I do remember reading UCB releasing decisions on the 19th. Maybe just maybe UCI will release theirs as well.
@C105213 I hope so man that they release tomorrow or Friday. Since they waited so long are they just going to drop one big wave of acceptance and then the rest will be waitlist and rejections on another day you think?
@fleets I wouldn’t be surprised if that’s how it goes down. I was in the freshman class of 2023 for UCI and they dropped their acceptances on a Friday (same day as UCLA@5pm) around 3pm and they kept rolling until Saturday afternoon. If I remember right, no one received a decision on Sunday. And on Monday they started waitlisting and sending rejections as well. It was pretty fast. Berkeley then released their decisions for freshman a week after or so.
@fleets Here and there a few acceptances were reported on that Monday but they were rare
I think your school has to certify for you.

@fleets no problem! I remember last year UCI released a little after (same day I believe) UCLA had released theirs. Funny though because ppl in the thread were clowning that UCI sent their decisions to make feel better the students who got rejected by UCLA Lol
@C105213 lol they must be waiting for UCLA to drop there’s again this year. I’m sure they have finished reviewing all the applications already.
@fleets oh for sure. Maybe they are reviewing those who said they would come back to later on.
I was told they would release them this week but I also heard from other posters here saying they were told next week.

@fleets last year UCLA released their decisions on the last week of April. The 25th. The UCI released their decisions as well (weekend) and on the 30th of the next week. There was another drop of pure rejections back to back. I looked at the calendar and yeah the 30th hit a Monday. Something similar to what happened with freshman’s this year.
The portal is unaviable does this mean decisions will get realesed
@UniColn It’s been unavailable for maintenance every day this month since they started releasing decisions. I don’t think it’s any indicator that results will be coming out soon
