Yeah, I got excited back in early April thinking my results were coming because of the maintenance only to realize this was happening everyday ?
I think somewhere on this thread people said decisions might come out early next week? But nothing is confirmed so all we can do is wait…

Whose counselor is Jason Gan? I sent message to him two weeks ago through message center, it is still unopened now. Have you guys tried to reach him and have got a response yet?
@fisher316 hey I haven’t gotten a response from him either. I only got a response when my counselor changed. I would dm the admission Instagram about your problem since they respond very quickly.

@surefineitsok So do you think that UC Berkeley decisions will indeed come before irvine, davis, and la? It seems like this will happen since tomorrow berkeley decisions will release
@GoodAfternoonSir I’m no expert but just with my opinion and according to last years threads, I feel like UCLA is gonna drop the last week and possible UCI will too unless they want to drop the end of this week but I highly doubt they will.
I don’t know why Irvine was taking so long. A student told me it could be possibly due to the fact that they wanna make sure TAG applicants enroll or deny and that they don’t over enroll students? Makes sense but idk if it’s true.
I think with the amount of time UCI is taking I feel like they will probably just drop the rest on the last week of April. I don’t think it’s any use wondering any earlier
UCI had some scandal where 500 accepted students were rescinded due to “poor planning” and “lack of space accommodation” on UCI’s part. Maybe they are worried and dont want a repeat of this for the transfers lol
@surefineitsok They wouldn’t do that because everyone (TAG included) has until June 1st to SIR and they won’t wait until then to release more decisions (hopefully, ha).
@cloud7 idk really I mean I’ve waited all this week and still nothing. So the only hope is next week…
@ashyashy That was for freshmen! The rescinding was due to poor grades (i.e. earning an F in a class), not having transcripts sent in time, and other (less legit) reasons. They ended up re-accepting most of them after all the news stories about it though.
Also, in case anyone was wondering, UCI will tell you to check your portal once they’ve made a decision.
@cloud7 yeah i know it was for freshman lol! i think it was probably a mix of having too many kids and some kids failing to maintain uci standards. no doubt uci would say anything to save face tbh
@C105213 thanks for the website and answering all my questions much appreciated. Well if UCLA releases on the 25th next week or 24th I pray Uci will not do it over the weekend like last year. I can’t wait any longer lol. I feel like I will explode soon with the anticipation. I still can’t believe UCLA admissions before Uci just doesn’t make sense from Uci perspective but based on what you said I do not think they will be releasing this week but towards the end of next week…
How long does it take for your counselor to reply to messages? I sent them one about H2H 2 days ago and it’s still marked as unopen.
