@halpmehxd I can clear up the confusion! Mine also said to maintain a 3.7, and I got in through TAG but also qualified for H2H. I talked to a UCI Rep the other day and he said that as long as you don’t drop under 3.4, then it’s fine! You WON’T get rescinded, don’t worry. He also said that if you got Regents and dropped below 3.7 then you’re most likely gonna get to keep the scholarship too. They just put it that high to scare us LOL.
@halpmehxd mine from UCR listed one course BUS 082 must get C, but UCI does not list any specific courses (as UCI allows you to take BUS 082 in UCI). Just generally 2.0 for what I list in my UC application. I think it makes sense because I only need 3 units to get IGETC, or get partial IGETC, which UCI accepts, during this semester. If I get that C, my GPA is still 3.97.
@halpmehxd @purplewhale2297 Yes, the 3.7 GPA is for H2H transfers. @purplewhale2297 Good to know that extra info. I don’t know if it’s true for people who are non-TAG but still H2H. (I’m guessing it’s not.) Either way, I’d still try to maintain that high GPA!

I’m not sure if I’m 100% going to UCI yet (waiting for financial aid, and to also hear back from Cal Lutheran because with the public price promise, cal Lutheran may be more affordable for me). But, I’d love to make some friends with people going to UCI because it is definitely a top choice for me!

Their Celebrate UCI day is this Saturday so if we don’t hear back today, it sounds like a rejection or waitlist.
@kristinpete They have a transfer day on May 4th. Is the one tomorrow different?

It’s not listed on their events page.
It only shows the April 20th Day ^
@kristinpete I just went to register and it shows “unable to register” when I click the considering transfer option it tells me it is a past event for 2018. Ugh…
@Miniman1673 I think that might be an old link (did you search for it through google?). I found that too but when I went back to start over at admissions, only Celebrate UCI was listed as well as Fall Preview.
Were transfers here sent email invitations to Celebrate UCI? Have any of you been able to register for it? Or does it appear to be a freshman event?
That transfer event was from last year…
