Am I going to be well-prepared for the MBA program if I attend UCI? My goal is to obtain a MBA degree. I've heard that the UCs focus on theory while the Cal State aims for practical work. Do I have more benefits attending UCI? For those who are studying at UCI, do I have to finish all the equivalent courses in my community college? My classmate told me that I should take those classes which are required because the courses may be duplicated if I take too many classes. I just want to find the best way to save money at college. Anyone who have studied business economic at UCI please give me some advice. And what are the benefits if I graduate from UCI instead of Fullerton?

UCI = business economics = economics
CSUF = business administration = business

I would go to CSUF. Business administration degree is alot ezier to find work than an economics degree because it is a professional degree. I would then work a few years and then apply for a MBA program.

If you go to UCI, I would go for an accounting or management minor with bizecon. That will make you alot more marketable.
