UCR Business or UCI business Econ?

Hey:
I am currently a business administration student at UCR, and I just accepted to UCI as business Econ major. I am confused if I should stay UCR and keep majoring in business(probably will graduate in one more year) or I should go to UCI for business Econ. I am planning to go for a MBA program after graduate and I really want to work in business field.(accounting or financing) Can anyone give me some suggestion please? Thank you!!

What was your stat? I am waiting on UCI. I am also applying from ucr as well. If I were you I would choose UCI

Economics will be nothing like you seen at your bizadmin program. Instead of accounting, finance, management, and marketing courses you will be learning micro and macro economic theory. Along with statistics and econometrics. The econ department does offer finance courses but that about it. I don’t recommend it if you are not into that type of stuff.

If you are unhappy at UCR, then give UCI a try then. If you are content with where you are then stay.

Any place will be fine for MBA in the future.
