When I applied to UC, I self-reported my March 2019 SAT scores on the application. They later got the official March report. I just recently got back my December scores a few days ago so I went back to my UC application and replaced my March SAT information with my December one. (I heard that it was recommended to update the UC application and self-report December scores as quickly as possible when we get those scores back to be safe.) Just now, I was checking my UCI portal and it said for my self-reported March 2019 SAT that the test status was “Cancelled.” Is this anything to be worried about, or is this how it is supposed to be…??
This is what my SAT info under “Academics” in the UCI portal looks like now:
Test Date Test Type Test Total Test Status
2019-03-01 SAT R 1250 Cancelled
2019-03-09 SAT R 1250 Verified
2019-12-01 SAT R 1270 Self-Reported
Also, for my school start and end, my AP exams (taken and expected), and my unofficial SAT scores, the months and years are correct, but the days are listed as the first. This is normal, right? Not anything to be concerned over or anything?
Since you went back to replace the March scores with the December self-reported scores, you cancelled out your March scores. You should have just added the December self-reported scores instead of replacing the March score if the application allowed. Either way, as long as UCI gets the official score report from College Board, they will use the highest score from a single sitting.
Regarding dates for school start/end and AP exams, the default is the beginning of the month. This should not be an issue.
@Gumbymom I looked to see if I could add the December scores after the March scores, but there wasn’t a button for it, so I figured that “update scores” meant replacing the information…so that’s what I did…
hey gumby UCR is the only school that hasnt received my verified scores and it’s triggering me. college board says the scores were sent and literally every other UC has the scores except UCR. in ur experience has this happened. honestly it doesnt surprise me UCR needs to get it’s game together

also gumby, since you’re an expert you should know that the UC application doesnt allow you to add another self-reported score - it only allows one. so why were u telling the other guy that he should have just added it?
