hi! I am a college freshman and I am planning to do 2 years at a community college and then transfer over to a nursing school. I want to know what my chances of getting into UCLA are.
UCLA is my dream school and i know only 10 transfers are accepted each year. I am an honors student at my college, I am taking all the pre-reqs and the extra recommended courses for UCLA. I have been volunteering at a local hospital for the past year and I have seen several c-sections and natural births. I am still volunteering there. I also got my CNA license this year. I have a lot of recommendation letters from doctors and nurses at the hospital. I have also started 2 research papers I am hoping to submit to the Bay Area Symposium in the fall.
Is there any other tips anyone recommends that could increase my chance of getting in? If there is anyone from the UCLA program please respond!!! I also wanna hear about UCI nursing school students and any other nursing programs in the LA area !!!
