If i get accepted off the UCI waitlist and i SIR at UCSB, will i have to go to UCI or do i still get to choose or what?</p>
<p>I think you get to choose. If you do get off of UCI waitlist & you want to go to UCI, you just cancel your SIR to UCSB (there is an option, but no refund) and you submit your SIR to UCI</p>
