<p>i wouldn’t say your at a disadvantage because transfers and freshmans are categorized differently. Just because some are waitlisted doesn’t mean it jeapordizes ur chances ya know?</p>

<p>At a disadvantage, I’ve got accepted to UCI tonight. It’s been a long wait, and I did not get into my first choice major which was physics. Instead, I got into my second choice, which is biology. I am a instate school transfer.</p>
<p>Is it true that if you see your financial aid or get letters about financial aid from UCI it means your in? I was also checking my CalGrants and it said that my school of attendance was UCI…does it still mean i could be rejected? I don’t want to put my hopes up lol…</p>

<p>First choice major was psych and social behavior but since it requires a 3.0 minimum, I was accepted for general psych.</p>
<p>I want to switch in the fall to my first choice major if even possible since I have a 4.0 for spring and my gpa will be around 3.15</p>
<p>Does anyone know if that is possible? Anyone planning on attending?</p>
