UCL (London) or University of Toronto?

I have been admitted to UCL Bachelor of Arts and Sciences degree (majoring in science and engineering) and U of T Faculty of Architectural studies and I’m trying to decide which option is the best.

Whilst I know that the programs I applied to are very different, I am interested in both of them quite equally. Therefore I am more concerned about which degree would give me more job opportunities and recognition in other countries.

As I am considering to continue my studies in the USA, which university would be more recognized if I am to apply for top graduate schools (e.g ivy league)? I live in the UK currently and UCL is considered to be very prestigious here, however I know some Americans who had no clue what that university is.

@EmmaNuel08 , you are considering two very different programs, neither of which may end up being your major. If you are considering a graduate program in the US to further your undergraduate education (i.e., to continue study in your chosen field), it is likely that the strength of your undergraduate program (as opposed to the overall reputation of the college) will be more important in the graduate admissions decision. By trying to make your decision through the lens of a future graduate program without being firmly comitted to one major, you run a risk of choosing a college by applying critieria that may never be useful to you. Just my two cents . . . .

If you want to study in US (and probably work there), I would suggest UofT, because some of the conditions for working visa in US require 4 years degree. And as much as I heard, UK university have 3 years bachelor degree program. For graduate school it might not be relevant, but for future career it will be a problem.
