UCLA acceptance chance

Hi, I'm a current upcoming senior and would appreciate it if anyone could tell me my chances for UCs. I am thinking of applying to UCLA, Irvine, Santa Cruz and Riverside. I think for me UCLA and Irvine might be a reach.

Academics:
Freshman Year: Straight As in Bio, Eng, Geometry, Health, Keyboarding Adv Band, and PE. Bio, Eng and Geo were GATE.
Sophomore Year: Gate Eng-A, Gate Alg 2-B, Gate World History-A,Honors Chemistry-A, Adv Band-A, French I-A. My grades were identical to second semester.
Junior Year: AP Eng Lang-A, APUSH-A, Honors Math Analysis-A (B for 2nd semester), Honors Physics-A, Adv Band-A, French 2-A. Identical grades for second semester expect for math analysis.
Senior Year: I will take the following courses: AP Eng Lit, We the People, Honors French 3, AP Calculus BC, Anatomy and Physiology Honors (but no extra point), Advanced Band
I might not be able to take band senior year due to schedule conflicts with French 3 will it hurt my chances?
Also I want to be a neurologist, and love music.

Extracurriculars:
-Marching and Concert Band since 6th grade. I play clarinet and am a high chair, best player since Junior Year, however I wasn't picked to be section leader for next year or was the last year even though I was a better player. I did however co-found the Band Council in my Band and am VP for senior year. Its why idk if should drop band and do French or vice versa if conflicts occur
-Science and Medicine Club member since sophomore year, Honorary Treasurer for Junior Year.
-Interact Club Member since November of Sophomore Year. Greeter-Junior Year. Treasurer-Senior Year.
-GSA member since November of Junior Year
-Honor Society Member since January of this year.
-Founded the Health Outreach Club in January. Club focuses on Health issues in the community and encourage health related career paths. President this year, Secretary next year because I felt if others took the lead conflicts would be avoided and the club better managed harmoniously.

Took it yesterday. PSAT was 165
ACT haven't taken it

I didn't do any programs like COSMOS or such because of financial related issues.

I come from a low class family, Hispanic and have been through a lot. Can someone please tell me my chances at college. My Dream School UCLA because its a grand school for nuero but realistically looking at Irvine or Santa Cruz or Riverside. Can someone please help me scope out my chances?

The SATs will bring you down. Get 2100, and UCLA will be a match. With your predicted SAT score (1700 or so)

UCLA - low reach
Irvine - match
UCSC, riverside - safeties

UCSC: Match
UCI: High match
UCLA: Reach (aim for 2100+/31+)
UCR: Low match

Thanks its good to know I have a good shot at Irvine. Besides SATs what else would you recommend to improve my odds?

I know this is old but I"m sorry
