Yes, you will have to the SAT Reasoning Test (or the ACT plus Writing). SAT Subject Tests are recommended too. The TOEFL or IELTS is required if you were not instructed in an English-speaking school. <p>A couple of data points you might be interested in. In 2009 (the most recent year available in the [UC</a> Stat Finder](<a href=“http://statfinder.ucop.edu/default.aspx]UC”>http://statfinder.ucop.edu/default.aspx)), the average international admitted student had an unweighted GPA of 3.79 and an average SAT score of 2126 (out of 2400). According to WES’ grade conversion guide, French grades from 14-20 should be considered an A. <p>I’ll take back everything I said above. I just read your posting history and it appears that you are currently attending a California community college. You’d be applying to UCLA as a transfer student, probably after the end of your second year. (UCLA requires at least 60 transferable units.) You wouldn’t have to take the SATs. </p>
