Hi. I’m trying to figure out how my AP credit would correlate to progress in a Political Science major at UCLA and I’m just confusing myself and giving myself a headache so I’m reaching out to more intelligent people.
I got a 3 on AP Biology, 5 on AP Calculus AB, 5 on AP Statistics, 5 on English Language and Composition, 4 on Environmental Science, and a 4 on AP United States History.
I’m also planning on taking AP Psychology, AP Calculus BC, AP United States Government & Politics, AP Comparative Government & Politics, AP Human Geography, and AP Spanish Language and Culture
Given I pass all my exams this year and even get accepted to UCLA, what kind of standing would this put me in toward progress toward my major. From what I’m reading on the internet AP credit is essentially useless and it’s a little discouraging.
