UCLA Appeal urgent

Does anyone know anything about an Appeal, on the website for an appeal it says you can include a letter of recommendations, but it has no information regarding the manner in which it should be submitted? Or would it be better to play it safe and mail it in?

[Appeals - Freshman Applicants - UCLA Undergraduate Admissions](http://www.admissions.ucla.edu/appealsfr.htm)

On the website, it says " Late submissions or letters of recommendation will not be accepted. ". That’s a little ambiguous, because it could either mean that if you turn in a late submission or a late letter of recommendation, it would not be considered. But it also could mean that if you turn in a late submission it will not be considered, or if you turn in a letter of recommendation it will not be considered.

Also, on the rest of this page I don’t see where it says you can submit a letter of recommendation. Can you link to the page that describes this appeal letter of recommendation? Reading the wording on the page will help me try to help you.

"Written appeals can be submitted online between March 21 and April 15. Late submissions or letters of recommendation will not be accepted. "
-taken from the site mention above

Well the link requires me to enter in the information and basically it just gives you a big section to where i assume insert your letter of appeal, but nowhere does it give a place to like upload your letters of recommendation or any other methods if you submit it online. heres a screenshot of the link

"Late submissions or letters of recommendation will not be accepted. "
The way that i interpret this is that letter of recommendation are not welcome. I do not think they will accept your letter of recommendations.
