ucla chances?

Well, I have sort of a low, a very low, UC gpa actually, a 3.5. But I'm in CSF, NHS and I have been the concertmaster in my school orchestra for 4 years straight, I have held leading positions in the district symphony orchestra for 4 straight years also (I am now concertmaster). I was the founding member and 1st violin in a local string quartet and I was the concertmaster of a private chamber group that played minimalist music, composed by a friend, we recorded a CD. Been taking Violin lessons for three years. And I've been on the school's varsity academic league team for 2 years I got 1940 on my first SATs (I'm retaking) and an 800 in the Spanish SAT and a 750 in the U.S. History SAT. Also I'm an AP Scholar (three 5s and a 4, AP Spanish, APUSH, AP Euro, and AP World). I was in the principal's honor roll in 9th grade. My grades tanked in 10th grade because of some problems I had (I got a 3.1 that year), but recovered in 11th and im doing okay now win 12th. I'm Mexican and my household income was around 27,000 (I don't know if they consider that) My APUSH teacher who went to UCLA told me I wrote a pretty strong personal statement too. I also applied to UCSB, UCSD and UCD, as well as some CSUs, so be honest, I won't be offended.
