If you got an invite to the engineering open house (the likely letter), or get admitted anyway, I strongly suggest attending if you can - it is very informative and a chance to chat with a lot of folks in the department. Any questions you have will be answered there. I realize this has been said, but here is another validation, if you received the LL, you are in. Congrats. The years we received that it was sent to top 10%, that seems to have changed to 25% if posters are correct…

If Regents goes to top applicants then would it be reasonable to hope for Regents if we got the engineering likely letter? Do you have to have a UC gpa to get Regents or is it posdible to get it with a non traditional education?

What about everybody else? Is your major listed on your portal?

@Banker1 @InfiniteLibrary Yeah my major was also listed on the UCLA decisions page until about mid-Feb when it just disappeared. It seemed strange to me, maybe its a sign of something? Does anybody else still have their major showing on the UCLA portal?

I don’t have my major showing, though I’ve never looked at my portal closely. Maybe it’s just because decisions are soon.

On another note, I saw the “we are happy…” and got SO EXCITED until I remembered that decisions aren’t until Friday. Welp.

Hi everyone! So I got into Davis and San Diego for Biology. I also got an alumni scholarship invite from ucla and a letter or rec request from berkeley. Does this mean anything? cus I heard that getting into davis and san diego is a good sign for ucla. I am just so confused lol. Let me know!
