@BrKmNk I am not 100% sure but I recall alumni scholarship decisions are made prior to apps coming out since they release interview notifications right when decisions begin to come out. So it could very well still be March 23rd. As I believe UCD and UCSD are the 16th.
Does anyone know if I have a good chance of getting in as a Poly Sci major with a 4.3+GPA, Solid leadership/extra curriculars and a 1440 SAT?
@shannypants your stats are within the 25th and 75th percentiles so you have a shot. No one can tell you if you’re admitted or not
Just got another “reminder” email I guess I’ll call it for the ucla alumni scholarship. Is this of any particular importance or nah?

@tripledouble2000 I’ve turned in my application but I still got the reminder email, so I think it’s just another “blanket” email.

@musicmeister22 but that doesn’t explain why some people got it this time but not the first time or who got it the first time and not this one. And does/did the Alumni email(s) mean anything at all?
@IntoxMuff1389 I believe on previous posts the alumni scholarship was based off of EC’s and essays. There’s a running theory that they resent the email if you got one originally but have yet to complete it as the deadline is March 12.
D got her reminder e-mail last night as well. She got the first one awhile ago. Not sure of the exact date but I think it was around the 28th.
