As a freshman entering UCLA in the fall of 2016 which halls are the best to try to get into? more specifically which ones foster a better social life?

First years don’t get to pick which building to live in, you only get to rank what type of dorm you want. And you won’t know the social scene until you have met your floor mates, there are not designated anti-social and social dorms.
