Also, the site usually goes down between 10-11:30 am on the morning of release… but there was a year where the UCLA admissions page didn’t go down until around 3:30 or something like that, so don’t stress.
When the admissions portal goes down it usually means it’s the release day. Here are the previous times that the portal went down for the last 5 years reported by students in College Confidential. I had to hunt these down, so save people the trouble in the future and add to this and pass it on for future transfers

This is my second time applying to UCLA as a transfer, I did not get an email regarding a status update last year. Some students get it, but others don’t. If you see you guys haven’t received an email after 5pm, I recommend logging into the portal.
