For UCLA’s general education requirement, you need to take courses in 1) the foundations of art and humanities 2) foundations of scientific inquiries 3) foundations of society and culture. If you take a course that is found in both foundations, can you double-dip and use that to satisfy both requirements? For example: Art History 24 is part of the foundation of art and humanities (Visual and Performance Arts Analysis and Practice) and also a part of the foundation of society and culture (Historical Analysis). Will taking this class satisfy both foundation requirements or only one of them?
