Berkeley Haas > Berkeley Econ >>> UCLA BizEcon > UCLA Econ. You will get the most out of going to Berkeley; however, fit is a factor too.

Thanks for your input. Is this based on college rankings? What job possibilities would I expect coming out of a BIZECON major vs a Business Admin major?

Job prospects and reputation of the program – however, fit is a factor too. Plenty of people choose UCLA over Cal. Objectively, Cal beats out UCLA overall in academic strength and name prestige. But the atmospheres are different and more favorable towards UCLA. Do you prefer the more intense and gritty atmosphere or Cal, or the more laid-back, good weather/food/social life of UCLA? This is one of those tradeoffs you have to determine for yourself.
