<p>I missed my second housing payment by an hour (the deadline is the 15th but what I didn't notice was that it's also due BEFORE 4 pm). I acknowledge the fact that I completely procrastinated on this payment but now I just need to know:</p>

<p>When someone misses their payment deadline is their entire housing contract void? I payed the first payment so I don't know what will happen. I e-mail the housing department but I won't get an e-mail back until tomorrow. Has anyone every been through this? Do you know what will happen?! Thanks!</p>

<p>it specifically says your housing contract will be void. i had my transaction cleared at 3 pm on the yesterday, so i too was cutting it close. however, since you’ve probably paid the first installment, there’s a chance they may give you a little lee way. </p>

<p>you should have called them instead of emailing them, they actually pick up.</p>
