UCLA; Math; Transfer Student (with ADHD) Admission Probability (GPA =>3.79)

Hello everyone. I am a community college (CC) student who lives in Minnesota and is hoping to transfer to the University of California - Los Angeles (UCLA) in fall of 2015. At CC, I am a Mathematics major, and by the time I finish, I will have taken Differential Equations and Linear Algebra. I would also like to note, when finished (granted I continue to get all A’s), I will have a 3.86 cumulative GPA and my AS in Mathematics. In addition, I am a Mathematics Tutor (at my college), and I provide recitation for my professor's (whom is teaching me Multivariable Calculus) lower-division math courses: math classes most of us have taken in high school. This fall I am going to apply to UCLA with a 3.79 cumulative GPA and 4.0 technical GPA, do I have a chance at admission? Moreover, do they have a Mathematics B.S. degree (with a concentration on actuarial science)? (I will appreciate any help given.)

I should probably mention, I have ADHD. Would this improve my chances of acceptance? In other words, because I have done well in college, despite having a disability, would this improve my chances of admission?

Thank you.

@cyraxs I don’t think your ADHD will improve your chances of acceptance, but since the 2013 average transfer gpa for math was 3.73, I think you have a good shot. Yes, they’ve recently added a math/actuarial science b.s. major.

Here’s a link to 2013’s transfer profiles. Math/actuarial science isn’t on there probably because its newer, but I hope this gives you an idea of what your gpa needs to be. Good luck!
