UCLA Move-In Times

<p>Hello,</p>

<p>I'm not sure if this is the right place to post this, but I had some questions about the move in process at UCLA.</p>

<p>First of all, how picky are they about your move-in time?
I wasn't able to attend orientation so I don't have my bruin card yet. My move-in time is after closing time for the bruin card office.
I need to get there about 2 hours early to get my bruin card, but it seems ridiculous to show up 2 hours early and just drive around until my move in time.</p>

<p>Also, is it okay to check in, get my stuff in the room, and then leave for the night? I have some things to take care of and I was thinking about checking in and then coming back the next morning.</p>

<p>Any information would be a BIG help!</p>
