UCLA Nursing/UCI Nursing?

I'm a sophomore in high school right now. In the first semester of my freshman year, I got straight A's in all Honors classes and I got into Top 20, which is a program at my school in which one is ranked 20 or above in his/her class. However, by 2nd semester, I got 2 B's. As for my extracurricular activities, I took private piano classes and did XC. This year, for first semester, my grades went down even more. I earned 4 B's in my honors classes, including in my AP World History. I was not in Top 20 anymore. However, this year, I joined tennis instead and was team captain for the frosh-soph team, joined a Buddhist scout, and I volunteered teaching a foreign language to little kids, as well as kept up with my piano classes. I'm into the end of my 2nd semester of sophomore year right now, and I have improved, but I'm guessing that I will have 2 B's. Next year, will be a lot tougher for me, but I'm not going to take piano classes anymore. I'm planning to strive for straight A's again, start a club, cont to teach, volunteer at a nursing home, tutoring other kids, and make the JV tennis team. Will colleges think of me as a quitter as I'm not going to take piano anymore (because of financial probs) and me switching to a different place to teach or will they praise me for the awards I've earned through my musical & sports career and see through my hard work and dedication to strive for better and improve? Last but not least, do I have any chances in getting accepted into UCLA or UCI's nursing program?

Oh btw, as of now, I’m ranked 42 out of 652 students and my weighted total GPA is 4.3
