If I were to apply to UCLA TFT program as my first choice major and I don’t get in, will UCLA even consider accepting me at all into the school (like as undeclared)?
Also, would it be better to apply undeclared and then to apply (if I get in) to TFT or to apply to TFT in the beginning?
