I am currently an freshman at UCLA, and am sure I want to go into finance. Although we don't have a business school, we still do place very well into finance.. but more so on the west; I want to work on the east coast, hopefully in NYC.

I've gotten the impression that UCLA does not place as well in the east as many east coast schools, and I'm thinking about transferring. I realize that many prestigious east coast schools (like Ivy League schools, MIT, Duke, etc.) are very difficult and almost impossible to transfer into, would Georgetown be a more realistic option? I've only heard good things about Georgetown placing well into finance, and I'd just like to ask: would it be worth it?

Also, does only McDonough place into finance? Or do other schools, like SFS, place into finance as well?

Advice and insight would be much appreciated!
