@TerribleT @Jroro95 @smittynumone @BlahhhUC did u guys get email notification for rejection?
Yes! For an email around 4:31
I checked the portal at 4:30 but I didn’t get the notification at all. I checked my email and it was there.
@BlahhhUC ohh really? Historically, ucla didnt send email notifications for REJECTION, so i am surprised. Ty!
I’m surprised too. I’m going to talk to my counselor who works there to see what happened.
@TerribleT thanks for the info! So email notification and the portal updated time was at the same time , still?
Rejected! Berkeley it is for me hehe
I’ve been lurking lol I got rejected too
Rejected. Recieved email at 4:31pm.
Seriously? No one got accepted?
Their numbers really did decrease significantly from 2016, when they used to accept approximately 5,000 and now it’s down to about 3,000… I’m guessing they want to keep their admit rates high?
Hi guys! I’ve also been lurking and got rejected!!! Which in turn is fine since I’ve become emotionally invested in UC santa barabara.
Rejected as well for applied math …
Same. I’m going to UCSB as well.
Rejected as well
Is there a Computer science or any engineering major who got heard back yet???
Rejected from Molecular Cell Bio, did anyone get accepted at all? or was that one post true about how they are accepting no one from the waitlist due to them offering too much from admits
rejected too haha. I never got an email to check my portal for waitlist. I got off the waitlist for UCSD but I’m still gonna pick UCI.
@Jroro95 i just searched and saw ur post that u are an engineering major. what engineering major were u for the waitlist?
@Sssgh33 Engineering has not needed to use the waitlist this year for freshman and transfers. Ucla yield rates are higher than ever meaning that we do not need to access the waitlist as much as previous years. Entering classes can be filled with just the normal accepted students.
