I remember last year 90% of my friends received it on the first day it was announced. Lets not sleep and all get in! woohooo!</p>

<p>I’m either thinking of Classical or modern art with a double major with gender studies.
My interest are quite all over the place xD. How about yourself?</p>
<p>@kay1541 More Post-1900 (1950 even) oriented here, but looking forward to classes on Archaic, Mesoamerica, and Chinese Post-1949. Also quite interested in gender studies, too, result of a great CC class.</p>
<p>@TransferDK compared to all these people going into Comm studies with 4.0s it just feels so low, it just sucks the major is so impacted that my Gpa might actually be considered low

Gender studies is awesome. And it relates to art history, particularly to visual culture, so well :)</p>

<p>@kay1451 Agreed. I personally feel Art History is a very versatile discipline in terms of social sciences, but also as a creative incubator for technical innovation.</p>

<p>Yep Yep. Unfortunately very under-appreciated thou. Although that could be good for us since it makes our chances for admission so much better.</p>
<p>So, the update on ms.suns blog is confirming the 27th is the official day of ALL releases? It’s a bit vague, because right below that it said the 19th was confirmed… And I remember checking her blog a few days ago and she wrote that she had spoken to a rep from the school who confirmed the 19th. Is it possible that theyll come in batches?</p>
<p>@ttavakol NO WAY! We’ve totally taken a class together then, hahaha. How freakin’ weird! I thought I was the only community college student in there. Cool to know I wasn’t alone You should pat yourself on the back though – Comm10 w/Suman is considered a “weeder course,” so getting an A is definitely a good thing. A lot of people don’t like him, but I thought he was damn funny! I kind of liked his straight-forward, monotone style.</p>
<p>Anything is possible, haha.</p>
<p>@TransferDK you never know though, sometimes your personal statement or extracurriculars make up for it! There’s always a chance :)</p>

<p>@bruinhearted oh wow that’s so weird! Well I’m transferring from UCI but I had no idea there was anyone else there trying to transfer, the only people I met were high schoolers xD I actually really liked his class! WAY too much memorization but I guess we were in the top 20% and survived :D</p>
