Hi,
I’m an Electrical Engineering major transferring to UCLA in the Fall. My admission contract states the following:
“Complete the following course pattern by June 2020 with C grades or better: […] and four (4) transferable courses in at least two of the following subject areas: arts and humanities, social and behavioral sciences, and physical and biological sciences.”
To complete the four courses, I have taken two Chemistry courses, and the entire Physics series to cover the last area (Physical and Biological Sciences). To get me fourth course to complete the two subject areas, I was going to take a course in the Arts and Humanities section this quarter, and I had that in my TAU. However, due to recent circumstances a major pre-requisite course got cancelled so I had to take a different section (I still complete ALL my major requirements and every other requirement) so I’m unable to take this course in Arts and Humanities, so instead I’m taking a course in the Social and Behavioral Sciences.
I’m looking for some peace of mind since I’m pretty worried that this will affect my admission.
TLDR: Taking different class to fulfill same requirement as detailed on my TAU for UCLA.
