Are you going to be a junior, or were you a junior this past year?

I would say UCLA and Berkeley are far reaches for you. Not a very high class rank or GPA and SAT score is at 2060 which is average. Just my opinion though.

UCLA, UCB and Chicago are big reaches. Each show approx. 90% of their admitted students for 2008 with 3.75 GPA or higher. Each also show 85% or higher for class rank in the top 10%.

UCSD is a match/reach.

Michigan is a reach. This year’s entering class has an average GPA of 3.8. Hurdle is higher for out of state.

Wisconsin is a match/reach. Your GPA is 25th%-tile but your SATs are above average. Don’t know how much being OOS hurts or helps.

http://www.admissions.wisc.edu/images/UW_FreshmanExpectations.pdf

Your tests scores are about 50th - 75th-tile for most of these schools, but your UW GPA is hurting you. You need some safeties on your list.

Berkely and UCLA and UCSD are EASY to get in. However, your score seems low
