I got the offer from both UCLA (Electronic Engineering) and Hamilton College (Chemistry). Both of them provide a perfect academic environment. Yet, there are too many students in UCLA and it is said that many classes in UCLA are relatively large (more than 50 or even 100). Thus, I wonder if professor could pay enough attention on each one and whether undergraduate students could have a good research opportunity. But on the hand, Hamilton is a kind of lack of reputation. It seems hardly does anyone out of New England region know it. At the same time, as a LAC, is it lack of social activities? Also I can only find few facts about Hamilton and cannot figure out Hamilton is good choice.

So would you please help to analyze both advantages and disadvantages of them and help me to get out of the dilemma?
