I know ur tring to show that USC is not a dynasty by ur "one-peat" thing, but its clearly not true. That championship was shared.

Oh I see :)

There's no way USC is gonna be as good as they were last year, thats why I think Cal has a chance to win the PAC-10 crown.

Leinart is being replaced by Mark Sanchez who was the #1 quarterback prospect last year, and was rated higher than Leinart when he came out. Carson Palmer was there before Leinart, and Leinart sat behind him then took the reigns. They've already shown that they can replace Heisman caliber quarterbacks before, and they've got a guy who was the best in the nation waiting in the wings. They've also got John David Booty, who was a top prospect of his own. Why should I believe that they won't be successful at this position?

No, it's not always true, but you follow trends. If they have a proven track record of replacing players, doing it well, getting top recruits, and winning games, then there is no reason for me to believe that they aren't going to do that.

Will they be as good as they were last year? No. Will they be better than Cal? Absolutely. A team that has won 35 Pac 10 Titles, more than twice of any other team. A team that has came off of 4 consecutive #1 recruiting classes. 32 consecutive games won. 2 straight national championships. There's just no way that I can say Cal, a team who hasn't made one BCS bowl yet, is going to beat USC, who has played in 3 consecutive BCS bowls, and then have reasoning stating that they lost talent, when they have talent on their roster that far surpasses Cal's. No way, not unless i'm born in northern California and root for Cal.
